Building wall or building wall element (1) comprises at least one insulating material chamber (2) having two planks (3, 4) defining the opposite-lying sides of the insulating material chamber. An air space (6) of pre-determined thickness is located in the insulating material chamber between one of the planks and an insulating material layer (5). Independent claims are also included for: (1) Building roof or building roof element comprising an insulating material chamber; and (2) Production of the above building wall, building wall element, building roof, or building roof element.
