<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control device for a vehicle capable of easily identifying vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle-side microcomputer 37 of the lighting control device 27 for a vehicle flashes a head lamp 2, a tail lamp 3, a room lamp 4, a door lamp 22, and a foot lamp 25 on and off on condition that intercommunication with a portable unit 28 is established. The vehicle-side microcomputer 37 changes a lighting style for getting in a car of the respective lamps 2, 3, 4, 22, 25 according to the distance between a vehicle 1 and the portable unit 28. The vehicle-side microcomputer 37 flashes the respective lamps 2, 3, 4, 22, 25 on and off in a lighting style for getting out of a car on condition that the intercommunication with the portable unit 28 is not to be established. The vehicle-side microcomputer 37 flashes the respective lamps 2, 3, 4, 22, 25 on and off in a lighting style of warning on condition that operation for opening the door is carried out while the intercommunication with the portable unit 28 is not established. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
