<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light distribution controller for head lamp capable of preventing discrepancy between driver's feeling and the light distribution. <P>SOLUTION: When a car stopping once at an intersection increases a steering angle along with turning to the right or left, accelerates after satisfying the steering angle condition (on-condition of the steering angle is not less thanθ<SB>1</SB>), and satisfies the vehicle speed condition (on-condition of the vehicle speed is not less than V1), the light distribution is controlled with a light distribution control unit. In this case, the steering is in a state of returning operation, and the driver's eyes are in the vehicle front direction.
