PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize limit torque when a torque limiter is interposed at a connection portion of a rotation axis of an electric motor and an assist axis in an electric power steering device. SOLUTION: In this electric power steering device 10, a torque limiter 81 includes an engaging portion 81D engaged in a rotational direction, with either of a rotation axis 32 of an electric motor 30 or a connection ring 80 integrally connected to an assist axis 33 in a rotational direction.
