PURPOSE: A brake of a vehicle is provided to prevent damage of parts by restricting operation of the parking brake with transmitting air from the parking brake air tank to the parking chamber in operating the main brake and the parking brake simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A brake of a vehicle is composed of a spring chamber(100) generating braking force in flowing air into a first intake port(110), and releasing braking force of a parking brake in flowing air into a second intake port(115); a parking brake air tank(40) supplying air to generate braking force in operating the parking brake; a parking sensor(10) outputting the operation signal by checking operation of the parking brake in operating the parking brake by a driver; a magnetic valve(20) supplying air from the parking brake air tank to the second intake port of the spring chamber in outputting the operation signals from a main brake operating sensor(2) and the parking sensor at the same time; and a double check relay valve(50) selectively supplying air from the parking brake air tank and the main brake air tank to the first intake port of the spring chamber or the second intake port.
