PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet for a wheel which is excellent in brightness, formability and strength, and in which the absolute value of an ear ratio on drawing is low, to provide a production method therefor, and to provide the wheel. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy sheet for a wheel is obtained by annealing an aluminum alloy comprising, by mass, 2.0 to 3.5% Mg, 0.05 to 0.2% Cu,≤0.2% Fe and≤0.1% Si, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. The aluminum alloy sheet has a mean crystal grain size of 30 to 80μm and a tensile strength of 180 to 300 N/mm<SP>2</SP>, and an ear ratio when drawn at a reduction of area of 2 is controlled to -5 to +5%. In the production method therefor, an ingot of the aluminum alloy is subjected to homogenizing treatment and hot rolling, is thereafter subjected to cold rolling at a working ratio of 25 to 50%, and is successively subjected to O material annealing. Then, the wheel is composed so as to be provided with a disk part or a rim part produced by the aluminum alloy sheet for a wheel. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
