PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an air conditioner by arranging a heat exchanger for cooling in the neighborhood of a heat exchanger for heating through preventing that the condensate produced in the heat exchanger for cooling is splashed on the heat exchanger for heating. SOLUTION: A heat transfer medium for cooling is supplied from a heat exchanging section 3a arranged on an upstream side of an air flow, and is discharged from a heat exchanging section 3b arranged on a downstream side of the air flow. As a result, because the temperature of the upstream side heat exchanger 3a becomes lower than that of the downstream side heat exchanger 3b, most of the condensate produced in a first heat exchanger 3 are produced in the upstream side heat exchanger 3a. Therefore, most of the condensate to be blown off by the air flow blowing into a cabin are blown off from the upstream side heat exchanger 3a and are splashed on the downstream side heat exchanger 3b. As a result, the condensed water produced in the first heat exchanger 3 is prevented from being splashed on the second heat exchanger 4. Thus, the first heat exchanger 3, that is the heat exchanger for cooling, can be arranged in the neighborhood of the second heat exchanger 4, that is the heat exchanger for heating.
