PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and small impact moving tool capable of surely and steplessly adjusting piston stroke with a constitution requiring no cooling means. SOLUTION: An upper surface side of a large diameter part 3a of a piston 3 within a cylinder 2 and a lower surface side of the large diameter part 3a are made as a middle chamber 7 and a lower chamber 8, respectively. A control valve 5 is provided with a valve body 12. In a flow passage 16 for raising the valve body 12 by imparting pressure to the valve body 12 by pressure oil, a variable orifice 30 to change cross sectional area of the flow passage 16 and adjust ascending speed of the valve body 12 is provided. The variable orifice 30 is provided with a spool 32 having one or two opened through holes 32a and a moving means to move the spool 32. By the moving of the spool 32, cross-sectional area of a communicating part of the through hole 32a and the flow passage 16 is changed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
