PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report excellent location information taking into account the relation with a call. SOLUTION: In the radio mobile station, a communication control part 801 receives an instruction of a control part 802 and establishes a link channel with a base station and when the control part 802 receives call setting from the base station, a location detection start request message is sent to the base station via the communication control part 801. In response to the location detection start request messagge sent to the base station via the communication control part 801, the control part 802 receives a location information notice message form the base station.
