PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle detection device capable of securing a detecting precision of a rotational angle even though a transform ratio of a resolver is fluctuated, and a torque sensor equipped with the same. SOLUTION: A correction means correcting an amplitude of excitation voltage i.e. correcting an amplitude of a magnetic excitation is provided, so as to keep a value of an output signal of 1st and 2nd resolvers constant. To be concrete, based on a rotational angleθof an excitation winding, either one of output signals of two phases (output voltage) is selected and a ratio of the amplitude of output voltage (SIN phase amplitude Rsin or COS phase amplitude cos) to the amplitude of objective signal R* is obtained, and the present excitation amplitude Rp is corrected based on this ratio. Thereby the precision of the rotation angleθdetected by the 1st and 2nd resolvers can be secured, even for example, the transform ratio of the 1st and 2nd resolvers is fluctuated caused by a fluctuation in an ambient temperature.
