SOLID IMAGE HEAD MOUNT DISPLAY DEVICE, ESPECIALLY SEPARATING IMAGES INTO LEFT EYE IMAGE AND RIGHT EYE IMAGE

摘要

PURPOSE: A solid image head mount display device is provided, which is fabricated easily with simple configuration without the degradation of image quality. CONSTITUTION: A two dimensional image display unit(13) has pixels to display a two dimensional image corresponding to a left-eye image and a right-eye image respectively to display a solid image. A left eye polarizer and a right eye polarizer make different polarization direction per pixel corresponding to the left eye image and the right eye image respectively. A projection optical device(14) projects the polarized left eye image and right eye image. A polarization plate(15) separates the left eye and right eye image information projected by the projection optical device to a left eye image and a right eye image respectively. And a screen(16) displays images separated into the left eye image and the right eye image through the polarization plate.
