<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, a game program and a server allowing a player to involve in setting a game device and to actively participate in the game. <P>SOLUTION: This game machine is provided with a lottery means drawing a win or a failure by receiving the fulfillment of a prescribed condition; a display means displaying a plurality of identification information patters variably/stoppingly displayed by receiving the lottery result by the lottery means; a big win executing means selecting a win combination stop pattern of the identification information pattern, when the lottery result by the lottery means is the win and shifting from a regular game state to a big win game state advantageous for the player; and a win combination setting means arbitrarily setting the win combination stop pattern.
