PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for cold paper which prevents a storage vessel of cold paper from falling to the floor or the like in the case of winding working, does not encumber the operating person, and can raise workability. SOLUTION: The holder 1 is composed so that the cold paper storage vessel 10 which contains paper 12 for cold permanent waves may be held. And, the holder 1 has a vessel holder 3 which abuts on/holds the cold paper storage vessel 10, a support part 4 which supports the vessel holder 3 so that it can turn easily and a main unit 2 which is provided in the support part 4 and engages to the engaged side 11. And the main unit 2 is provided with joint members 2c, 2d extending along the vertical direction of the cold paper storage vessel 10 held by the vessel holder 3. The joint members 2c, 2d can make the shape folded according to the engaged side 11 and is formed with a metal material which has shape preserving property during engaging to the engaged side 11.
