PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail system capable of automatically deleting or correcting data of an unnecessary mis-sent mail only by adding a simple control process to a terminal side. SOLUTION: A reception side receives a mail (S5), and checks whether the same title is present in a reception mail box or not (S6). If not present, the mail received this time is stored in the mail box (S9). If the same title is present, it is determined whether the sender (mail address) of the mail having the same title is identical or not (S7). If not identical, the mail received this time is stored in the mail box (S9).
