PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for easily collecting an analysis specimen at a site while securing analysis accuracy by separating particulate and dissolved-state organic substances infinitesimally existing in water by means of filtration/adsorption from a large volume of water specimen. SOLUTION: By this device, specimen water supplied in a pressurized state, like pump-supplied water or service water, is passed through functionally classified filters fixed in a filter folder 6, a large volume of specimen water can be collected while lowering filter area load of particulate substances. The filters are structured so that particulate organic substances with large particle diameters are removed first, and particulate organic substances of smaller particle diameters are removed in order. Subsequently, the specimen water is made to pass through a filter with an adsorbent held therein to cause dissolved organic substances to be thereby adsorbed and held, thus separating the infinitesimal organic substances in the large volume of water by means of filtration/adsorption.
