<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum dryer which can make the moisture of a dried solid constant. <P>SOLUTION: The drum dryer has a coating waste liquid tank 25 for storing a coating waste liquid, drying drums 21 and 21, a rotation apparatus 23 for rotating the drying drums 21 and 21, a coating waste liquid supply pipe 27 for supplying the coating waste liquid from the tank 25 to the coating waste liquid supply ports 22 of the drums 21 and 21, and a coating waste liquid supply pump 26 for sending the coating waste liquid to the pathway of the pipe 27. The coating waste liquid is adhered to the drums 21 and 21 which are rotated and heated and dried, and the solidified coating waste liquid is scraped off by scraping blades 28 and 28. In the drum dryer, a moisture detection means 1 for detecting the moisture of the coating waste liquid stored in the tank 25 and a rotation control device 24 for automatically controlling the number of revolution of the rotation apparatus 23 corresponding to the moisture outputted from the moisture detection means 1 are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
