<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the change of information by an unauthorized access to or wrong operation of an electronic document or BOM information shared between a plurality of users and the leak of secret information to other departments or other companies. <P>SOLUTION: This information management method for a business support system for realizing the information sharing between electronic information users comprises a storage device for storing information data, an information data creating user ID, an information management code for setting the access right to an optional user, and provenance data managing the access history to the information data; a control device for determining whether the access right given to the optional user is valid for the information data accessed by the optional user or not, and a display editing device for displaying the information data when it is permitted by the control device, whereby the read or write of the accessed information is controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
