PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile client apparatus capable of obtaining the related information by reading an ID without allowing a user to care about the type of the ID.

SOLUTION: The mobile client apparatus includes: an image acquisition means for acquiring a digital image from a photographing means including a camera or a scanner; a multi-ID interpreting means for extracting the ID from the image even when the acquired image is a one-dimensional bar code, a two-dimensional bar code, an image with electronic watermark embedded thereto, or an ordinary image, an ID transmission means for transmitting the ID to an external ID information database by radio; and an information reception means for receiving information from the ID information database by radio.
