PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide concrete at a low cost, which is prevented from being exfoliated and fallen and has good applicability. SOLUTION: Fibers each having a ratio of length to diameter being 30-700 and length of≤40 mm are mixed in concrete in an amount of 0.02-0.15 vol.%, based on the concrete. When nylon fiber is used as the fiber, it is preferable that the ratio of length to diameter is 100-650, the length is≤20 mm and the mixing amount of the fiber is 0.02-0.06 vol.%, based on the concrete. The more preferable ratio of length to diameter is 550-650. When polypropylene fiber is used as the fiber, it is preferable that the mixing amount of the fiber is 0.05-0.15 vol.%, based on the concrete, the ratio of length to diameter is 30-60, and the length is≤20 mm.
