PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the construction of an absorption refrigerating machine while securing high energy efficiency. SOLUTION: A pipe group of regenerating heat transfer pipes 20 constituting a regenerating heater 11a and a pipe group of remaining heat collecting heat transfer pipes 21 constituting a remaining heat collecting heat exchanger 17a are arranged side by side in an air channel 8A through which high temperature gas E passes, at its upstream side in the direction of passage of the gas. To construct a regenerator 11, a regeneration distributing header 25a and a regeneration gathering header 25b are provided on a wall portion of the air channel 8A for supplying absorbed liquid to the pipe group of the regenerating heat transfer pipes 20 and for gathering the absorbed liquid passing through the regenerating heat transfer pipes 20, respectively, and a steam delivery passage 29 is provided for delivering refrigerant steam R from the regeneration gathering header 25b. To supply or discharge the absorbed liquid to or from the remaining heat collecting heat exchanger 17a of a closed forcible circulation type, a remaining heat collection distributing header 26a and a remaining heat collection gathering header 26b are provided on the wall portion of the air channel 8A for supplying the absorbed liquid to the pipe group of the remaining heat collecting heat transfer pipes 21 and for gathering the absorbed liquid passing through the pipe group of the afterheat collecting heat transfer pipes 21, respectively.
