REGENERATION DRUM USE PREVENTIVE APPARATUS OF PRINTER BY USING GROUND DEVICE

PURPOSE: A regeneration drum use preventive apparatus of a printer by using a ground device is provided to perform automatically cutoff of a ground circuit when the life span of a photosensitive drum is finished, thereby preventing the use of the regeneration drum basically. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive drum(10) includes a cylinder shape conductor(1), a film(2) coated at the outer surface of the conductor(1) and a gear(3) combined to an opening of the conductor(1). In a ground device(100), a ground grid(20) is installed to the inside of the photosensitive drum(10), contacting its end portion with the inside surface of the conductor(1) and has a circular opening at its center portion. A ground shaft(30) is penetrated through the center portion of the gear(3) and connected with the ground grid(20), thereby forming a communication line. A ground circuit cutoff device(200) checks the life of the photosensitive drum(10) and when the life is finished, blocks the ground circuit of the ground device, so that the photosensitive drum(10) does not ground and the print operation does not performed any more.
