MICROCHANNEL HEAT EXCHANGER

摘要

PURPOSE: A microchannel heat exchanger is provided to uniformly flow a refrigerant in heat exchanger by changing gaps of partition walls according to a flow direction of the refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: Horizontal headers(1,2) have hollows for moving a refrigerant. A plurality of vertical refrigerant tubes(3) are inserted into the horizontal headers to distribute the refrigerant moving in the headers. A plurality of partition walls(7) are formed between the refrigerant tubes in the headers for changing a direction of a refrigerant flow. The plurality of refrigerant tubes are different in number according to the direction of the refrigerant flow. The number of refrigerant tube groups where the refrigerant goes up is larger than the number of refrigerant tube groups where the refrigerant goes down. A diameter of a refrigerant flow hole of the refrigerant tube where the refrigerant goes up is smaller than a diameter of a refrigerant flow hole of the refrigerant tube.
