<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe reinforcement method capable of reducing damage thereto due to creeping, boiler facility, and pipe members. <P>SOLUTION: In an elbow body 11 forming the pipe system of the boiler facility, a constraint rod 20 is installed on the elbow body at portions where a stress acting by the behavior of the other pipes due to a variation in temperature of hot steam heated by the boiler and a stress acting by a pressure received from steam in the below body are concentrated. In place of the restraint rod 20, a plate-like restraint lug may be installed. Also, the same configuration can be applied to a T-piece. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
