PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device for a display body representing a station name, an advertisement name, etc., for a water conducting panel used for water leak processing of a concrete wall of the ceiling of a subway structure, specially a subway yard. SOLUTION: This water conducting panel 1 comprises a 1st panel 2 constituted by arranging many hollow blocks 4 at an upper part across a center partition plate 3, forming water conducting channels 5 between the hollow blocks 4, and bonding non-woven fabric 6 on the hollow blocks 4 and a 2nd panel 7 constituted by providing many tilt ribs 9 side by side between the partition plate 3 and a surface plate 8. A V-shaped long-sized fixing plate 11 with a through-hole 11a is fitted into a space part 10 formed in a reverse triangular shape of the tilt ribs 9 in the 2nd panel 7, and a flexible wire 12 is run through the through-hole 11a of the fixing plate 11 and a through-hole 8a bored in a surface plate 8 of the 2nd panel 7 and fixed to a retaining hole 14a bored in a bottom plate 14 of a cylindrical member 13 by a means for caulking etc.; and the cylindrical member 13 is suspended and the display plate is mounted.
