PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the same user to receive the same QoS service at all times when the same user logs in by using the same authentication information even when a terminal used by the user is changed.

SOLUTION: In a QoS control system in a wireless LAN network 141 including wireless LAN access points 112, 113 and wireless LAN terminals 151 to 153 connected to the wireless LAN access points 112, 113, the wireless LAN access points are connected to servers 123, 124 for authenticating the user on the basis of recorded user authentication information when the user makes an authentication request from the wireless LAN terminal and informs the wireless LAN access points about information to identify the wireless LAN terminal and QoS service contents of the recorded user via a communication network 101, and the wireless LAN access points and the wireless LAN terminals perform preferential control according to preferential information of the QoS service from the servers.
