PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article packaging bag for display without fear of an article dropping. SOLUTION: The article packaging bag for display is equipped with a header 2 on the upper part of a body 1. The body 1 is equipped with creases 3 so that a relatively thick article can be packaged, and an opening 4 for putting in/out the article is provided on the upper part of the body 1, to prevent the bottom 5 from being opened/closed. The header 2 is provided on an extension 9 extending upward on the rear face of the body 1. The opening 4 of the body 1 can be covered with a forwardly protruding cover piece 11 provided on the lower part of the header 2 of the extension 9.
