PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save resources by means of realizing the diffusion of Joule's heat generated inside an electronic device for an internal combustion engine by using a small size radiator, decreasing the risk of a malfunction caused by intrusion of electric noise by shortening the lengths of wires, and decreasing the costs of the radiator, the wires and malfunction preventing countermeasures. SOLUTION: The miniaturization of the radiator is realized by making the effective diffusion of the Joule's heat be possible by using a heat slinger exposing inside a suction air stream by utilizing a suction air of the internal combustion engine as a forced cooling air blow, further, the wires are shortened by making the electronic device be possible to be mounted at the surroundings of the internal combustion engine which radiates heat around it.
