UNIQUE NUMBER GENERATION DEVICE, GENERATION METHOD, GENERATION PROGRAM, ITS RECORDING MEDIUM, AND APPLICATION PROCESSING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a number generating procedure which removes regularity in number generation and making it impossible to illegally generate numbers, and also to provide an application processing system utilizing the number generating procedure.

SOLUTION: In the unique number generation device, random numbers having no repeat and deflection are generated by a random number generation means, and the random numbers are converted into X-digit N-notation numbers to generate random numbers. Out of the obtained random numbers, random numbers in which input errors may be easily generated or unsuitable random numbers such as continued numbers are removed. The remaining random numbers are converted into unique numbers by referring to a unique code conversion table to obtain suitable unique numbers. Since the unique numbers are generated at random independently of specific logic, unique numbers can not be illegally generated, and the generated unique numbers are suitably used as application numbers in a campaign or the like.
