<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the illumination structure of a washing stand which is good to use by reducing influence of light and heat received from a light source. <P>SOLUTION: The washing stand 10 is provided with: a washing stand body 11 mounted with a mirror 12; the light source 13 provided at the washing stand body 11; and a shielding member 15 for shielding the front face of the light source 13 and provided at the washing stand body 11. Between the shielding member 15 and the washing stand body 11, a communicating vertically space part S is formed. Thus, in the case of using the washing stand, light from the light source is shielded by the shielding member and the face is not directly irradiated with the light but irradiated indirectly via the mirror. Thus, the influence of the light and heat received from the light source is reduced, and the washing stand prevents a user from feeling dazzling nor hot thereby obtaining improved user-friendliness. In addition, since the space part is formed, heat from the light source can be released upward and the influence of the heat received by the poser source can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
