<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management method and a device for it capable of improving design quality of a device and shortening development lead time to the final stable production. <P>SOLUTION: Important information about design specifications and a machining method, which affect quality of the device, for each process. a machining parameter, its fluctuation factor, and contents of a defect possibly caused by the fluctuation are shared in real time via an information transmission passage between all the sections related to machining of the device such as a designing section, a manufacturing section, and a quality securing section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
