摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To execute a meandering control with high accuracy by computing the leveling quantity of a draft position by a fuzzy computing means in accordance with the outlet side meandering quantity of the rolled stock and the tension deviation between both sides of a rolled stock forward of a rolling mill. CONSTITUTION:The fuzzy computing means 104 which is inputted with the meandering quantity of the rolled stock 4 detected by a means 101 for detecting the meandering quantity on an outlet side and the tension deviation between the respective tensions detected by respective means 7, 9 for detecting the tensions on an inlet side as fuzzy variables and makes fuzzy computation of the leveling quantity L of the draft position of the above-mentioned rolling mill is provided. The control of the above-mentioned respective means 5, 6 for draft driving means disposed on both sides of the above-mentioned rolling mill is executed by using the results of the computation of the fuzzy computing means 104. Such control is not the control of one input and one output of only the tension deviation like heretofore but is the control of the two inputs and one output added with the meandering quantity on the inlet side and, therefore, the exacter meandering control is executed.</p>
