PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the electrical grounding of a diaphragm is unstable and the grounding structure causes a cost increase. SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head is provided, in a frame member 3 bonded to a diaphragm 12, with a conductive member 50 penetrating the frame member from the diaphragm 12 to the opposite side and grounding the diaphragm 12. The conductive member 50 has one end part 50a connected electrically with the diaphragm 12 through a solder 51, and the other end part 50b connected electrically with the grounding electrode of an electrical equipment substrate 24 through a solder 52.
