PURPOSE: Provided is a waste woods and plastics crusher which also makes saw dust from the crushed waste woods at the same time. The wastes include waste wood of construction materials with mortar, other wood waste of everyday life, log, by-products from saw mill and waste plastics. CONSTITUTION: The crusher comprises: a horizontal fixed frame(5) of angle steel; an input conveyer(1) which is attached to the horizontal fixed frame(5) and delivers wastes to the entrance; a pressing roller(2) which is attached with tension device of oil pressure and presses the wastes; an exchangeable crushing drum(3) attached to several attaching frames in a crushing part with perforated net which controls the size of waste chips, a crushing tip and crushing hammer of super light alloy on a fixing thing; and a discharge conveyer(4) which transfers the crushed waste from the bottom to the back of the device. |
