PURPOSE: A flex rigid print circuit board and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce costs and facility for production of substrates. CONSTITUTION: A flex rigid print circuit board comprises a flexible portion(F) formed by integrating a first resin sheet(5a) and a second resin sheet(5b) attached to one surface and the other surface of a rigid circuit board(R). A circuit pattern is formed on at least one of the first and second resin sheets. The resin sheet is made of a material including an epoxy based, polyolefine based or polyimide based resin having a flexibility even after a main hardening process.
