PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Japanese noodle without scattering even on being put into a soup and eaten together with Japanese hotch potches.

SOLUTION: This ingredient is obtained by forming a sachet of a fried bean card 1, filling the Japanese noodle 2 into the sachet of the fried bean curd 1 and closing the opening part 3 of sachet of the fried bean curd 1.
