PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition capable of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having both a sufficient yield of polymerization and concealability even in the case when the property of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is rendered photopolymerizable. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises (1) a pressure-sensitive adhesive material, especially a photopolymerizable pressure-sensitive adhesive material comprising (a) a vinyl-based monomer composed mainly of a (meth)acrylate having a 1-14C hydrocarbon or a partially polymerized product thereof and (b) a photopolymerization initiator and (2) a thermally color-changing agent which irreversibly changes its color by heating.
