PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top cover 1 of which the dumping function can be improved, and vibration, especially sound vibration, caused in the operation of VCM8 can be suppressed small, in a top cover 1 to which a VCM dumper 9 is arranged between a voice coil motor (VCM) 8 and the top cover 1. SOLUTION: A top cover 1 which has a VCM dumper 9 arranged between a VCM8 and itself has such a constitution that a plate type dumper member 11 is arranged at an external part of the VCM dumper 9 in the top cover 1 and this dumper member 11 is coupled to the top cover 1 through an elastic object 12. In the attaching structure of the dumper member 11 to the top cover 1, for example, an opening part 10 is provided at the external part of the VCM dumper 9 of the top cover 1, the dumper member 11 is arranged so as to close the opening part 10 flatly, and the dumper member 11 is coupled to the top cover 1 through the elastic object 12 around the opening part 10.
