METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CROSS LINKED P V C FOAM PRODUCTS

Cross-linked PVC foam product is prepared from PVC(1), plasticizer (2), stabilizer(3), and foaming agent(4). The mixture is formulated to small network under the temperature below decomposition condition of 4; the product is crosslinked by means of ionization radial ray irradiation; and foam product is obatined through heating the crosslinked polymer. Density of product is less than 0.3g/cm3; overage pore diameter is less than 500 μm; and gel fraction is 20 - 60 %.
