PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a device, and to reduce a cost, concerning a fluorescence X-rays analytical device wherein rotation of a pulse motor is controlled by a position control IC. SOLUTION: In this X-ray fluorescence analytical device, a plurality of movable mechanisms 1 using respectively the pulse motor 2 as a driving source are provided, and the rotation of the pulse motor 2 is controlled by the position control IC 4, and thereby the intensity of a secondary X-ray 15 generated by irradiating a sample 14 with a primary X-ray 13 is measured. The device is equipped with a control means 5 for dynamically allocating the position control IC 4 to the pulse motor 2, to thereby reduce the number of the position control IC's 4 to be smaller than the number of the pulse motors 2.
