PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural working machine having simplified structure. SOLUTION: This agricultural-working machine 1 carries out a prescribed operation while moving frontward according to the travel of a tractor, and has a foldable shape. The machine 1 has a right and left pair of tilling and land-leveling means 4 which are converted to a folded unoperative state by the upward turning movement centering one turning center axis line X common to both, and converted to an opened operation state by the downward turning.
