An implant (13), with a permanent magnet (3), may be implanted under the scalp (8) of a patient, for the magnetic fixing of a prosthesis (10), in particular a wig, to the scalp (8). The implant (13) comprises a central region (27), in which the permanent magnet (3) is provided and a perimeter region (26), for the fixing of the implant at a particular location under the scalp (8), which has at least one hole (25) and the underside (17) of which, applied to the skull (31) of the patient on implantation, has an upwards offset (18) relative to the underside (16) of the central region (27). Said upwards offset (18) of the underside (17) of the perimeter region (26) amounts to at least 50 per cent of the height (28) of the implant (13) over the underside (16) of the central region (27) and the perimeter region (26) is provided with at least one bone screw (4) for support of a screw head (14) which may be introduced from above through the hole (25) in the perimeter region (26). |
