PURPOSE: A pumping apparatus of a cosmetic vessel is provide to prevent contents from being corrupted and to discharge contents by a constant amount even if the leftover in the vessel is a little. CONSTITUTION: A pumping apparatus to discharge some of liquid contents in a vessel consists of: a pumping head(10), which is contained in a head housing(20) to seal and a discharge valve(12); a head housing(20), in which a bottom valve hole(21) is provided, to seal the top of the vessel and to contain the bottom of the pumping head(10); a bellowing tube(30), which is made of a elastic material, to be shrunk when the pumping head(10) moves down and to elevate the pumping head(10) by elastic force when downward pressure is released; a top valve housing(40), in which a top valve hole(41) is provided, to be combined to seal at the bottom of the discharge valve(12) of the pumping head(10) ; a top valve(50) to open or close the top valve hole(41) of the top valve housing(40); and a bottom valve(60) to open or close the bottom valve hole(21) of the bottom housing(20).
