PURPOSE: A road median strip absorbing and reflecting noise is provided to heighten the efficiency of a system by absorbing and reflecting noise and to cut down the maintenance expenses. CONSTITUTION: The road median strip absorbing and reflecting noise(200) is composed of a urethane square noise-absorber(203) provided with the circle hole, end projections(201) formed on both sides of several incline faces and square through grooves(202) formed on the inclined face of a vertical part to absorb and reflect noise of vehicles.
