PURPOSE: A meat roasting plate is provided to quickly roast meat by having a heat collecting unit, and to prevent the sliding of meat by forming a plurality of concentric grooves at a bottom surface. CONSTITUTION: In a meat roasting plate(10), a plurality of supply holes(14) are formed at the center of a bottom surface(11) to supply hot air upward. A heat collecting unit(15) encloses the supply holes, and collects the supplied hot air. A supply groove(16) is formed at the top surface of the heat collecting unit to supply the collected hot air to the bottom surface. A cover(18) prevents the outflow of the hot air. A band(19) has a handle, and is mounted to the outside of a boundary unit(12). A plurality of concentric grooves(17) are formed at the bottom surface, and prevent the sliding of meat.
