摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing materials stuck to the edge of coil sleeve is provided to reduce work loaf of workers and improve operation productivity by simply and promptly removing defective adhesion materials stuck to both edge parts of the sleeve inserted into an inner coiling part of coil. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(1) comprises a resting part(10) comprising a resting base installed at an end part of inclined stand(12) by which the sleeve is rolled down to be discharged so that the sleeve is put and rested on the resting base; a moving part first and second moving blocks(21a,21b) slidingly assembled into a fixed guider(22) installed at a lower part of the resting base, and first motor(23) for rotationally driving screw member(24) screw assembled into the first and second moving blocks to approach the first and second moving blocks to both edge parts of the sleeve(3) or get the first and second moving blocks away from the both edge parts of the sleeve; a removal part(30) comprising a bevel driven gear(33a) installed at first fixing stand(31a) and engaged with bevel driving gear(32a) rotationally driven by second motor(35) of the first moving block(21a), an other bevel driving gear(32b) assembled with joint mounted on a front end of driving shaft(35a) of the second motor, a bevel driven gear(33b) installed at second fixing stand(31b) and engaged with the bevel driving gear(32b), and magnets(34a,34b) installed on gear shaft(33) of the bevel driven gears(33a,33b) to grind both edge parts of the sleeve; and a supporting part comprising a spring member to support the sleeve, wherein the spring member elastically supports upward a plural supporting members one end of which is rotationally assembled into the outer circumferential surface of the driving shaft in such a way that the supporting members are closely adhered onto the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve.
