The invention relates to an optoelectronic measuring device for detecting a relative movement between an encoder (2), carrying an absolute code (6) and illuminated by a light source, and a sensor array (3) as an optical receiver arrangement, which comprises a plurality of sensor elements disposed in series and one photodiode (9) each as the photoelectric transducer element. The inventive measuring device is characterized in that those sensor elements of the sensor array (3) onto which the absolute code (6) is imaged comprise, in addition to the photodiode (9), an integrator (10) for the current that is photoelectrically generated by illuminating the respective photodiode (9), whereby said sensor elements are evaluated by means of a first evaluation algorithm. The receiver arrangement comprises at least one further photodiode (9') that is illuminated by an incremental code (7, 8) associated with the encoder (2). Said at least one photodiode (9') is associated with a direct sampler (13) for sampling the illumination data and for evaluating said illumination data by means of a second evaluation algorithm. |
