The IC engine (10) has an air inlet circuit (14) and an exhaust circuit (16), of the type in which the cylinder (20) has a top face (36), of the type in which each cylinder (C1,C2,C3,C4) has two inlet conduits (32,34) and two associated valves (24,26). One of the inlet conduits (32) has units (42,46) for producing a swirl movement in the inlet air. Each cylinder has units (42,46) to vary the intensity of this turbulent movement in a continuous manner, and the two inlet conduits of each cylinder opens into the top face of the cylinder. |
