APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING AND FEEDING WIRES FROM REELS ON WIRE-GAUGE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating and feeding wires from reels on a wire-gauge manufacturing system is provided which is capable of supplying internal stress minimized wires to manufacture a wire-gauge by desirably separating and feeding the wires without twisting due to the reels when tension is applied to one end of the wires. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(1) comprises a driving part(10); a body of revolution(20) integrally installed on driving shaft(12) of the driving part so that the body of revolution is rotated in one direction by driving of the driving part; a pair of driven shafts(32) rotationally installed on the body of revolution; a pair of reel holders(30) which rotationally support a pair of reels(40) and is integrally installed at the pair of driven shafts respectively so that the pair of reel holders are revolved around the driving shaft; a rotation direction changing part(50) for transmitting driving force of the driving shaft to the driven shafts in a rotation speed ratio of 1:1 with rotation direction of the driving force being changed so that the pair of reel holders rotated reversely for rotation of the body of revolution; and a pair of guide parts(60) for respectively guiding the wires (W) unwound from the pair of reels in a direction perpendicularly to the pair of reels in the state that the pair of guide parts are integrally connected to the body of revolution.
