PURPOSE: An insurance for a lease law is provided to reduce the load for an excessive lawyer's fee by making a lawyer solve a legal problem related to lease if the problem is generated in expiration. CONSTITUTION: A site main server(10) operates/manages a web site for the lease law insurance service through the Internet, receives an application for the insurance, stores the member information in a database, informs an insurance company of the subscription, and informs a member of the insured particulars received from the insurance company through an e-mail. An insurance company main server(20) applies a premium rate for each member by using the member information, and decides/performs the insurance application and the automatic cancellation based on a preset condition. A system(30) makes the lawyer linked with the insurance company solve the legal problem related to the lease. |
