FIELD: medicinal equipment, in particular, apparatuses for surgical correction and stabilization of diseased or injured spine. ^ SUBSTANCE: hook has rectangular tongue to be attached to bone structures and U-shaped base for attachment to rod. Outer surface of tongue is made in the form of flattened spherical part. Width of tongue is less than 1/2 the length of vertebral semi-arch, length of tongue is equal to at least 3/4 the width of vertebral semi-arch. Tongue protrudes by at least 1/4 above hook base. Front platform of hook base is made square with side equal to tongue width and has surface formed as flattened sphere. Outer side platform of hook base is adapted for fastening of nut and arranged at an angle of at least 20 deg to transverse axis of hook. Inner side platform has slot for receiving of eyelet bolt and two parallel arched supporting strips, adapted for embracing of 1/2 the circle of rod and provided with longitudinal channels. Central longitudinal axis of hook coincides with central longitudinal axis of rod. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in surgical treatment of injured spine, reduced risk of complications owing to simplified mounting of construction and enhanced reliability in fixing to bone structures and rod. ^ 3 dwg |
